Shipping and handling charges to all U.S. destinations start at just $2.99!
For larger items, or orders
with several or more products shipping charges are calculated on a weight basis. Most order shipping charges are between $2.99 and $12.99. Some larger, or heavier items will be higher. Shipping charges will be calculated for you by our order form, and you will see your
shipping charges before you complete check out.
Warehouse items are shipped by U.S. Mail or Fedex at our discretion, and drop ship items may be shipped by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You will receive order confirmations with tracking numbers if applicable.
If you order more than one product, your order may arrive in different packages and at
different times.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of their receipt.
Shipping time averages 3-6 business days*. Therefore, your order should arrive within 4-8
BUSINESS days* of its placing. Delays can be caused by stock shortages, holidays, and weather conditions
but we make every effort to keep you informed of any issues that may arise to delay your purchase. (*Business days are defined as Monday Through Friday, except for Holidays. Please note that 8 business days can be as many as 12 calendar days depending on how weekends and holidays fall)

ReturnsAt The Golf Gift Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. On any product we offer (except items marked as "clearance"), you may return the item for a refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase providing the following conditions are met:
1. You have emailed (thegolfgiftshop@aol.com) for specific return instructions. Many of our products are returned directly to the manufacturer, not to us. If one of these items is returned to us, it may be forwarded to the manufacturer at your expense.
2. The items are in new condition with all factory packaging and literature in tact. Items that show obvious signs of use will not be returned, and no refund will be issued.
3. Items are post-marked no later than 40 days from ORDER DATE. Exceptions include delayed shipping, and Holiday purchases which have extended return windows.
4. Most items have longer guarantees or warranties from the manufacturer, and after 30 days you deal directly with them. We do not act as agents on their behalf, or yours after 30 days.
5. Some items feature free, or included shipping. The refundable purchase price on these items is defined as the total price minus the actual UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or DHL shipping charges.
Remember: You must email or call us ahead of returning your item for specific instructions!All sales are final for items marked as "clearance", or "final clearance."
